About The Position
Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. Choose from available visits that fit your location and schedule — there is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit. As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies, starting and maintaining peripheral IVs, monitoring patients throughout treatment, providing patient education and support, and delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; NLC/BSN accepted
- Current BLS certification
- Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
- 5+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
