About The Position

This is a PRN (as needed) position for a Home Infusion / IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area. This role is fully remote and autonomous, offering a change from traditional hospital settings with a focus on work-life balance and building one-on-one patient relationships. As a Home Infusion RN, you will provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes, making a difference through clinical IV experience and a personal touch. You will conduct one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment. Excellent written and verbal customer service skills are essential for interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners. The role challenges clinical nursing skills through continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion, with reimbursement for eligible RN certifications like Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN). In this PRN role, you will visit patients in greater Cheyenne and surrounding areas, with occasional travel up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid, and mileage is reimbursed.
