About The Position

This is a fully remote and autonomous PRN (as needed) position providing home infusion services, specifically Immune Globulin (IVIg) therapies, to patients in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers a change from the traditional hospital setting, emphasizing work-life balance and the opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with patients. The nurse will work outside hospital walls in a growing specialized area of nursing, providing quality patient care in the comfort of the patient's home.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current license in Georgia and the ability to be licensed in other states.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
• IV-related experience.
• Three years' nursing experience.
• One year infusion experience.
• Home healthcare experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience.
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Utilize clinical IV experience and a personal touch to assist patients in their homes.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills to interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other partners.
• Receive continuous training on leading-edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion.
• Document and track patient care activity using Microsoft Office Suite.
