About The Position

Quality Mobile Home Services is hiring immediately for a full-time Home Improvement Sales Associate. This role serves the Central California territory, from North Los Angeles up to Salinas. The ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for sales, who thrives in a flexible work environment with the potential for high earnings. Quality Mobile Home Services is a large and rapidly growing manufactured housing contractor, offering a competitive compensation structure with unlimited earning potential. Top In-Home Sales Representatives can earn between $150,000–$300,000 annually through uncapped commissions. The company specializes in the repair, renovation, and remodeling of mobile, modular, and manufactured homes, including foundations, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and complete remodeling projects. Requirements

Strong closing skills
Basic computer skills (Gmail, Microsoft Word, CRM)
Valid driver's license & proof of insurance
Reliable transportation
Physical ability to perform job requirements (must get on roofs during all seasons, must crawl under homes and confined spaces)
3+ years of sales experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Prior construction knowledge is a plus
3+ years in home improvement sales
Former high-level athletes and/or highly competitive hobbies
Knowledge of construction
Ability to use basic tools
