About The Position
The Hoxton lobbies have always been home to laptop savvy workers making use of super-fast Wi-Fi and comfy sofas as they hustle away in a place that feels like home. So it felt only natural for us to take our love for great experiences and create a coworking space, Working From_, that offers everything you need to do your (other) day job or take over the world, in our stylish and comfortable surroundings. We are looking for a Home Host to play a crucial role in the operation! If you get a kick out of creating an unforgettable experience for members then this is the job for you.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Be the go-to for members, helping them with their needs, making them welcome and at ease.
- Ensure the space is set to impress from first light to close of play.
- Keep on top of membership profile systems, meeting rooms, and the meeting room calendar.
- Work closely with the rest of the Working From_ team to provide a great experience for members.
- Manage mail and packages for members with organization.
- Place and track all supply ordering, from pantry snacks to coffee to office supplies.
- Manage and direct calls or emails, ensuring everything gets to where it needs to be.
- Showcase the space to day pass guests and meeting room teams.
