About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Duval County, FL. This role offers a set weekly schedule of three 12-hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) with no weekend rotations, providing increased earning potential and a better work-life balance. The position emphasizes meaningful one-on-one patient care, supported by AI-assisted charting tools and an efficient EMR system (WellSky/Kinnser). The company aims to empower nurses with flexibility, supportive leadership, and modern technology, allowing them to focus on patients and their quality of life. This specialized division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, enabling a greater focus on patient care and clinical treatment.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Provide advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education
