About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Weekend Registered Nurses (RN - Baylor). This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and values the nurse's expertise and independence. The position covers Port Orange, FL / Volusia County with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
