About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Full-time or Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide exceptional medical care to residents in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities) in Cleveland Circle. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary health care team, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, enabling them to maintain their independence. BAYADA's mission is to help people of all ages have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity, providing the highest quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
Nice To Haves
- Prior home health experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Making visits to clients in designated Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities
- Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments and procedures
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Following up with, executing and properly documenting doctors' orders
- Performing client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
