About The Position

As a therapist at CenterWell Home Health, reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Home Health Speech Language Pathologist helps patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in their homes or facilities. The position delivers personalized rehabilitation and functional-improvement care to help patients overcome physical limitations and perform everyday activities with greater confidence. The role is included in Humana’s TB screening and driver safety programs.
