About The Position

The territory for this position is Frederick, Caroll and Baltimore counties in MD. As a Home Health Sales Specialist, you will: Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home healthcare services. Build and maintain client relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing. Report to a Market Executive of Sales. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
