Requirements

Experience with scheduling in the medical field; home health scheduling experience preferred
Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience as a scheduler is required
Attention to detail, along with excellent organizational, oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Experienced with Kinnser/Wellsky web based software

Responsibilities

Be responsible for managing and coordinating the work schedules for our field staff and clients
Plan and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Communicate effectively both oral and written.
Must be a creative problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable speaking with patients, referral sources, and clinical staff over the phone.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and effectively meet deadlines is a necessity.
Must have office skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
Prepare reports accurately and in a timely manner.
