About The Position

Residential Home Health and Hospice is a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice, and a consistent Top Workplace. This is a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Tunkhannock, PA area. This position is eligible for a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! The bonus opportunities extend well beyond your first year. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• Successfully complete a drug screen prior to employment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
• Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
