Requirements
- An Arizona-licensed RN in good standing
- Dependable transportation and current driver’s license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A passion for helping patients maintain independence at home
Responsibilities
- Performing skilled nursing visits in the home setting
- Developing and following individualized care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates
- Providing medication management and treatments
- Educating families on disease management and care techniques
- Completing accurate and compliant charting
