About The Position
Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’) is looking for a Home Health RN to join their extraordinary care team. As a home health registered nurse case manager, you will lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. This full-time position supports patients in Dallas, PA, and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus.
Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
- One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
