About The Position
Dependable Nursing is growing and seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Northwest Territory. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN with prior home health experience who values independence, meaningful patient relationships, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN license in good standing
- Home Health nursing experience required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
- Passion for helping patients maintain independence and quality of life at home
Responsibilities
- Performing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Administering medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions
- Educating patients and caregivers on disease management, safety, and home care techniques
- Completing accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
