Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Commitment to providing safe, high-quality nursing services
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and established care protocols
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the BrightStar Care team and other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes the best possible outcomes
