About The Position
As a Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately. This position offers the opportunity to spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients, reduce documentation burden through AI-supported tools, achieve better work-life balance by cutting down on after-hours documentation, and experience enhanced efficiency through technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Candidate must be local and willing to travel to the following areas: Anaheim, Anaheim Hills Irvine, Orange, Tustin 92780/92781/92782 and Villa Park.
