About The Position
Interim HealthCare® is seeking a Full-Time Home Health RN Clinical Manager for their Alsip, IL location. They emphasize a supportive work culture where nurses are valued and empowered to advocate for their patients. The role requires a clinically sound individual who can provide training to new clinicians, manage supplies, and assist with scheduling, clinical issues, and patient visits. The manager will also be expected to participate in on-call duties at least once per month.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of Home Health experience (Medicare knowledge a must).
- At least three (3) to five (5) years in a RN clinical management role.
- Working knowledge of SHP.
- Extensive OASIS knowledge.
- An understanding of Intake and Scheduling processes.
- Must be system savvy (able to toggle between multiple screens and systems simultaneously).
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.).
- Be ready to JUMP IN and assist with challenges as they arise for our clinicians, Intake, and Scheduling staff.
- Have a proactive work ethic.
- Have a Crisis Management mindset.

- Strong knowledge of wound care.
- Matrix Care experience.
Responsibilities
