PPCCC also provides comprehensive sexuality education programs to help adults and teens make healthy decisions, prevent unintended pregnancies, and avoid sexually transmitted infection. The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager is responsible for initial and on-going assessments of Planned Parenthood California Central Coast Home Health (PPCCCHH) patients assigned to their care, as well as associated administrative responsibilities. In accordance with standards of practice the RN collaborates with the patient and the Home Health Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
