About The Position

Remedy Home Health Care is hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses for per-diem home health visits in the West LA area and surrounding areas. The role provides care directly to patients in their homes, helping them recover, regain independence, and improve their quality of life. Scheduling is flexible, and pay is per visit at $110–$140 USD.

Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout Orange County.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, geriatric care, or community health.
• Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification.
• Experience with mobile therapy or home-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized home health care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, rehabilitation, and senior care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the Director of Nursing.
• Document patient visits in compliance with home health regulations.
