Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and maintain continuity of care during weekends. The role offers weekday flexibility, autonomy over the daily schedule, one-on-one patient care, and a negotiable pay-per-visit compensation model. Nurses use the WellSky/Kinnser EMR and AI-assisted charting tools. Structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, and ongoing skills development are provided. Home health experience is preferred, but the employer is willing to train the right candidate. Employment may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

- Home health experience is preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient and caregiver education.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care for patients recovering at home.
- Document visits using the AI-assisted charting tools.
