About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The position involves 1:1 patient care in the home, with a flexible schedule and no nights or on-call duties. The coverage area includes Tampa Palms, New Tampa, Arbor Greene, and Cory Lake Isles in Northeast Hillsborough County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
