Your position perks as a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) include supporting patient recovery and their ability to stay at home, empowering patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management, and case managing while providing clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
