About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The coverage area includes South Sarasota (Venice, Port Charlotte, North Port, Englewood, Punta Gorda), with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes a pay-per-visit model with potential for significant annual earnings, quarterly bonuses, and mileage reimbursement. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
