About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home health care to geriatric patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to establish care plans, and managing patient caseloads. RNs will have the flexibility to build their own schedules and arrange visits directly with patients, with typical visits lasting 45-60 minutes. The position emphasizes providing outstanding, personal patient care in patients' homes or residences. Billet Health is Joint Co certified and values staff who go above and beyond for patient care. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome, and comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• Active RN License in the state of practice
• Valid Driver License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
• IV experience

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs.
• Establish a plan of care with the Director of Nursing.
• Manage patient visits, including SOC’s, ROCs, and RECERTS.
• Follow patients as desired.
• Arrange visits with patients based on mutual availability.
• Provide home health care to geriatric patients.
• Deliver outstanding and personal patient care.
