Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing treatments and procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and records.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in patient education and advocate for patient needs.
