About The Position

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery and help patients remain at home so they can spend quality time with loved ones and take part in activities they enjoy. The RN educates patients and families about disease management to help them achieve healthcare goals, and case manages patients while providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
