About The Position
The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling and control over the daily caseload, with full-time and part-time opportunities of 20–40 hours per week. Customizable relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in moving to Idaho. The position involves traveling between patients’ homes and using a company-provided iPad for electronic charting.
Requirements
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to travel between patients’ homes.
- New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide nursing services in patients’ homes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Complete clinical documentation and coordinate patient care.
- Travel between patients’ homes.
