Home Health Registered Nurse (Kingman)
About The Position
Billet Health is looking for Registered Nurses who have the passion and heart for total patient care. Our team provides home health care to geriatric patients through a 9-week episode. As an RN, you will work to assess patient needs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish a plan of care. We offer flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to build their own schedules. Staffing will offer visits as coverage is needed, and RNs can accept various visit types (SOC’s, ROCs, RECERTS) or choose to follow existing patients. Nurses have the autonomy to arrange visit times with patients, with typical visits lasting 45 to 60 minutes. Billet Health is Joint Co certified and emphasizes going above and beyond in patient care, seeking nurses who share this commitment to outstanding care and personal experience. New graduates and seasoned nurses are welcome, and a comprehensive training program is provided for those new to home health.
Requirements
- Active RN License in the state of practice
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
- IV experience
