Home Health Registered Nurse, RN FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area is Sarasota, FL / Sarasota County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy, with no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations required. Weekends and holidays are not required, though flexible options are available. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing nurses to spend more time with patients.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using stream lined, AI-assisted tools
