Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Weekend Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The coverage area is Port Orange, FL / Volusia County, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. This position is ideal for RNs seeking flexibility, better work-life balance, and the ability to build and manage their own daily schedule while providing meaningful 1:1 patient care with supported independence. The role utilizes technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using streamlined tools
