About The Position
Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery and their ability to stay at home. This role empowers patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management and involves case management and clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification

- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
- Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team
- Participate in orientation (minimum of 3 days per week)
- Take part in the on-call rotation
- Provide coverage across the entire territory without being assigned to a specific area
- Commit to working at least 4 days per month
