Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse License valid in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year home health nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
- CPR certification
- Pass drug screening and background checks as required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide skilled nursing care and education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
