About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). This role offers the opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, valuing your time, expertise, and independence. The position involves 1:1 patient care in the home, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The coverage area is from Titusville to Cocoa in Brevard County, FL.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
