About The Position

As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Trinity Health At Home, you will bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive. Trinity Health At Home is a national home care, hospice and palliative care organization serving communities throughout eleven states. As a faith-based, not-for-profit agency, we serve patients and families in the comfort of home, offering skilled nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, speech) and medical social work. We are Medicare-certified and accredited by The Joint Commission.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
Home Health, Med-Surg, ER, Urgent Care, ICU, Critical Care, Progressive Care, or Step-Down Unit experience.
Strong computer and technology skills required.
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
