About The Position
UPMC Home Health is hiring Casual Registered Nurses (RNs) across the Williamsport and Surrounding areas. Assignments are based on patient need and proximity to your home, with opportunities available across multiple communities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility)
- CPR certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and required clearances

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Williamsport communities
- Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
- Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
- Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
