About The Position

Holy Cross Home Care Team is looking for a Full-Time Home Health RNs to service our patients in the Gaithersburg & Rockville, MD Area. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. This role offers the chance to practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility, autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationship. We don’t just offer jobs; we build careers. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience
• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland
• RN License
• Home Care Experience Required
• Strong computer and technology skills required
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred
