Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – 4-Day Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). This modified full-time role is designed for nurses who want more flexibility, fewer workdays, and higher earning potential—without sacrificing patient care quality. If you're looking to step away from hospital schedules and into a role that gives you control over your time while maintaining a high income, this is the opportunity for you. The coverage area is Ocoee / West Orange County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling. This role offers a pay-per-visit model with additional Medicare differentials, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. Technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) is provided to reduce documentation time. The company also offers structured onboarding, mentorship, a preceptorship program, ongoing training, free CEUs, and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education
- Administer treatments and monitor the patient's condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Complete, accurate, and timely documentation using streamlined tools
