About The Position

BrightStar Care of Clinton is hiring a full-time Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout Hunterdon County and surrounding areas. The role involves performing comprehensive nursing assessments during home visits, obtaining and documenting patient history, providing wound care and infusion therapy, administering and managing medications, following physician orders and plans of care, monitoring patient condition and reporting changes, educating patients and families, coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and completing required clinical documentation. The ideal candidate is a reliable, compassionate, and professional RN who is confident performing assessments and providing skilled nursing care independently in patients' homes.

Requirements

• Current NJ RN license or multistate/compact RN license allowing practice in NJ
• Minimum 2 years of home care/home health experience
• Current BLS and ACLS
• Reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable performing independent home visits
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
