About The Position

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Whether you’re experienced in home health or transitioning from hospital, acute care or skilled nursing, this role offers the chance to practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility, autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships. Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Surgical Experience preferred
• Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
