About The Position
Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) per-diem position. In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.
Requirements
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Must have reliable transportation
