About The Position
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role focuses on supporting patient recovery and enabling them to stay at home, spending quality time with loved ones and engaging in activities they enjoy. The RN will empower patients and families by educating them on disease management and will case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
