About The Position

AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join their growing team in Palm Beach County. Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
• Prior home care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Experience with EHR documentation systems
• Compassionate and dependable
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond quickly when needed
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients
• Bilingual Spanish/English/Creole preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients.
• Manage patients requiring ventilator and trach care.
• Oversee PEG tube management.
• Administer wound care.
• Perform IV therapy.
• Work closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes.
