About The Position
AccordCare Home Health is seeking experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join their team in Broward County. Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
- NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
- HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
- Prior home care experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Experience with EHR documentation systems
- Compassionate and dependable
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond quickly when needed
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients
- Bilingual Spanish/English/Creole
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients.
- Manage patients requiring ventilator and trach care.
- Oversee PEG tube management.
- Administer wound care.
- Perform IV therapy.
- Work closely with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes.
