Home Health Registered Nurse Clinical Manager
About The Position
AdvisaCare is urgently hiring a Full-time Home Health Clinical Manager to join their teams in Oakland, Macomb & Wayne counties. The ideal candidate must possess an active Michigan State Registered Nurse License and be self-motivated, well-organized, driven, and possess strong communication skills. The role involves flexible hours, primarily in-office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, assisting with clinical staff education, field staff training, and other assigned duties. Occasional travel within the Metro Detroit area to other AdvisaCare offices and for field visits is expected. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Home Health division and a team of strong clinicians.
Requirements
- Current MI State Registered Nurse License
- TB test
- CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, strong critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, organized with exceptional time management skills
- Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health care experience preferred but NOT required for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Oasis documentation review/chart review audits for compliance with State & CMS guidelines
- Assist with education/onboarding & training of clinical field staff
- Supervisory clinical staff visits
- Some travel within the Metro Detroit AdvisaCare service area is required weekly
- Serve as a leader to the clinical team
