About The Position
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant for a field-based position servicing Alameda County, including Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, and Alameda. Requirements
- PTA unrestricted license in California
- CPR Certification
- California Driver’s License
- Valid auto insurance
- Willing to accept New Grads in conjunction with our preceptor-based training.

- One year of clinical experience as a physical therapist assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services in a home health setting.
- Service patients in Alameda County, including Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, and Alameda.
- Focus on patient care and work-life balance with administrative and documentation support.
- Manage own hours with flexible scheduling.
- Participate in continuous professional development.
- Utilize industry-leading documentation and technology solutions.
- Potentially serve as a preceptor for new graduates.
- Engage in clinical education and clinical leadership opportunities.
