About The Position
We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first. Seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to service San Antonio and surrounding areas. The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TX
- Work experience of at least one year as an Physical Therapist with adult and pediatrics experience
- Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
- Ability to Commute: San Antonio, TX 78230 (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: San Antonio, TX 78230: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care
- Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
- Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
- Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
- Be willing to travel within an established radius.
- Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
