About The Position

We provide the high-tech infrastructure; you provide exceptional hands-on care. Gold Standard Therapy has coordinated care for over 7,500 patients over the past 8 years. Both co-owners are a DPT & PTA team with combined 20 years of home health patient care experience. After being frustrated with the delayed communication, unethical requests, and late payments from poorly managed therapy companies, we branched off to create our own in 2018.

Requirements

Active CA Therapy License
1+ years of licensed experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transit
Auto insurance
Current CPR certification
Professional liability insurance
Recent physical exam (within 2 years)
TB clearance
Active EIN
Business license/city tax certificate

Responsibilities

Deliver 45-minute in-home treatments.
Manage your entire workload from anywhere using the all-in-one app.
Utilize virtual assistant for task tracking and automated reminders.
Perform documentation with auto-population features to reduce computer time.
Provide instant clinical support and receive answers in 5 minutes or less.
Handle automated invoicing and receive reliable payments via direct deposit twice per month.
