About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a full-time, part-time, or weekend-only Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients in their homes in the Southern San Luis Obispo area (5 cities, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Santa Maria). The therapist will deliver high-quality care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and manage their own caseload and work schedule. This role requires organization and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Current California PT license
• CPR certified
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage

• Deliver high quality care to patients in their own home environment
