Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Responsibilities
- Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
- New admissions evaluations.
- Review of potential discharges.
- Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
- Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
- Communication with family of patients regarding progress, updated goals, adaptive equipment, and change of status.
